The delivery of products may take upto 2 weeks from the Date of Order.Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within stipulated working days.

You will receive the order confirmation email and sms once you place the order containing the tracking number, using which you will be able to track the order status. Please make sure you leave the correct contact details and email address for us to reach out to you. If you fail to receive the order confirmation notification please write to us on lilhatched@gmail.com

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount, which may vary from time to time. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will apply. You can see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

We accept return and exchange requests within 10 days from the date of receipt of the items (considering they meet our guidelines and adhere to our terms and conditions ):

• Please ensure that all items returned are new, unused and are returned in their original packaging and the label tags intact.
• Kindly ensure that you are not in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or any other chemicals while trying the garments. Please ensure that the shoes are kept in a soft clean surface to prevent any spots or scratches.
• Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged boxes considering it as a part of the item.
• The items while returning should be free of any pet hair or nail scratched, hence requested to keep them away from animals and pets
• Products sold on sale or on promotional campaigns are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
• Any order with store credit will not be eligible for further discount/s.
• We do not refund for return or exchange of any product. Instead, store creditwill be provided in exchange of the product returned, which will be valid for a period of 6 months and the same is non-transferable to any other account.
• The return and exchange requests cannot be entertained if the items are found to be worn, used, soiled or damaged. Apart from that, the return of items will be refused as ‘faulty’ if they are not treated as per the garment care label while washing, ironing or dry-cleaning.
• Each return/ exchange product will be carefully scrutinised by us. In case, it is found that they do not meet our guidelines, the item will be shipped back to you. In case your return has been accepted, a credit note will be issued and emailed to you, which will be valid for 6 monthsin your HATCHED Wallet.

Kindly note that any charges incurred while exchanging or returning the products will be borne by you. However, in case you prefer more convenient courier service, kindly inform us at lilhatched@gmail.com or 8527372616 so that we could arrange your item to be collected from your home and returned to us. In case you opt for our courier service, a nominal fee will be deducted from your store credit.

In case you would like to exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size of the same item, kindly return the item to the above address adhering to the guidelines mentioned above. While your returned product is received by us, we shall reserve the exchanged product (based on the availability of size). Once your return has been processed by us, we will send the exchanged product with no extra delivery charges to you.

Request for exchange will be only entertained ONCE for every order.
